2. Portfolio and service management which includes concepts, activities, roles, operations and methods to interface with other processes, service pipeline and catalogue, CSFs through portfolio management.
3. Service and catalogue management which includes concepts, activities, roles, operations and methods to interface with other catalogue, CSFs through service management.
4. Service level management which includes concepts and methods to interface with other processes, service pipeline and catalogue, CSFs with the help of level management.
5. Demand management which includes concepts, activities, roles, operations and methods to interface with other processes, service pipeline and catalogue, CSFs through demand management.
6. Business and relationship management which includes concepts, activities, roles, operations and methods to interface with other processes, service pipeline and catalogue, CSFs through relationship along with business management.

After the course, you would have learnt the skills to perform common activities related to agreements and service offerings, their roles and responsibilities, implementation and technology consideration, challenges lying ahead and risk factors involved. You'll also get accustomed to represent customers and highlighting the needs and describing functions to be performed etc.

The exam will be a closed book test containing only 8 questions to be submitted in one and a half hour time limit. Out of total 40 marks, you'll need 28 or more i.e. 70% or higher for clearance.

Validity of the certification

The ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements certification will be legitimate for three years and will be authorized to use the certificate for this time limit. After this, recertification will be required.
